Pecan Sundae
- 5 tablespoons rich caramel syrup
- 2 scoops PAPAFiLiPOU® Vanilla Ice Cream, softened
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- Whipped cream
Pour 2 tablespoons caramel syrup into the bottom of a tall glass or a sundae dish and sprinkle with pecans. Then add two scoops of ice cream, pour the remaining caramel syrup over it and sprinkle with pecans. Garnish with whipped cream and pecan pieces. Decorate with a cherry. Makes 1 serving.
Banana Split
- 1 ripe banana
- 3 scoops PAPAFiLiPOU® Ice Cream
- 4 tablespoons crushed fruit
- 2 tablespoons chocolate sauce
- Whipped cream
- Chopped nuts
Peel banana and cut lengthwise into halves. Place one-half of the banana on each side of the dish, flat side down. Place scoops of ice cream on the banana halves. Pour chocolate sauce over 1 portion of ice cream. Cover other 2 portions of ice cream with crushed fruit. Garnish with whipped cream, nuts and a cherry on top. Makes 1 serving.
Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches
- 2 large chocolate cookies
- PAPAFiLiPOU® Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
- Finely chopped walnuts
Scoop a good amount of ice cream and stack between two large chocolate cookies for a sandwich. Roll the sides in chopped walnuts. Put the ice cream sandwich in a freezer bag and freeze.
Crunchy Ice Cream Sandwiches
- 2½ cups rice cereal
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup butter, melted
- ½ cup nuts, finely chopped
- 850ml PAPAFiLiPOU® Vanilla Ice Cream, softened
In a mixing bowl, combine cereal, coconut, brown sugar, butter and nuts. Mix well. Spread half of mixture on bottom of a 9” square pan. Top with the ice cream, spreading evenly over the cereal mixture. Spread remaining cereal mixture over ice cream. Freeze until firm. Cut into squares when ready to serve. Makes 9 servings.
Strawberry Parfait
- 3 tablespoons crushed strawberries
- 2 scoops PAPAFiLiPOU® Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 scoop PAPAFiLiPOU® Strawberry Sherbet
- 3 strawberries, sliced
- Whipped cream
- 1 whole strawberry for garnish
Into a very tall glass, put one tablespoon of crushed strawberries. Add one scoop of vanilla ice cream, then one tablespoon of crushed strawberries. On this, place one scoop of strawberry sherbet and one tablespoon of crushed strawberries. Add one scoop of vanilla ice cream and surround with sliced strawberries. Garnish with whipped cream and a whole strawberry on top. Makes 1 serving.
Triple Chocolate Crunch Shake
- 2 chocolate cookies broken into pieces
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 3 scoops PAPAFiLiPOU® Chocolate Ice Cream
- ½ cup cold milk
Garnishes:
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate flakes
Place all ingredients except garnishes in blender. Cover and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. Garnish blended mixture with whipped cream and chocolate flakes. Makes 1 serving.
Milk Shakes
- 4 scoops PAPAFiLiPOU® Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 cup cold milk
Place all ingredients in blender and mix for 3 – 4 seconds. Makes 1 serving.
Fresh Fruit Smoothie
- 2 scoops PAPAFiLiPOU® Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 ripe banana
- 4 large strawberries
- ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 cup ice cubes
Place all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth. Makes 1 serving.
Fresh Strawberry Smoothie
- 1 cup ice cubes
- ½ cup cold milk
- ½ cup cold mineral water
- 3 scoops PAPAFiLiPOU® Strawberry Sherbet
- 8 strawberries
Place all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth. Makes 1 serving.
Fresh Peach Granita
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 cup cold mineral water
- 3 scoops PAPAFiLiPOU® Peach Sherbet
- ½ peach, sliced
Place all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth. Makes 1 serving.
Frappéccino
- 1½ cup ice cubes
- 3 scoops PAPAFiLiPOU® Coffee Ice Cream
- ½ cup cold milk
- Double espresso coffee
Place all ingredients in blender and mix for 10 seconds. Makes 1 serving.
